Writer's Block

Does writer's block really exist? Or is it just a case of being too tense, too stressed or too busy, leaving your creative energy flow low and depleted? Is it just a question of taking a break and doing something you love, instead of forcing the process whichat at the moment is not playing game? It could be that a walk in the countryside, a stroll by the sea, or a jig and a dance to your favourite music restores your balance and gets your creative juices flowing freely once more.

If no words come, try scribbling or doodling instead. If no ideas are forthcoming, sit in silence and I reassure you that your mind will be flooding with thoughts all clamouring for your attention before you know it.

And so, I believe that writer's block is not a block at all. Instead, I see it as an invitation to stop, pause and recharge our batteries getting our radio transmitters ready for the next transmission of information from wherever it is, it comes from!

Stop procrastinating! Start writing today!
